Healty Breakfast

Eating a healthy breakfast every morning is very important. Breakfast gives you energy through out the day and you might just pass out if you don't eat. Breakfast is important but there is other ways to stay heathy. Exercise is a great way to stay healthy and so is eating right. So if you stay in shape, eat healthy,or just eat something in you so you don't get sick then you'll be just fine.
